You will assist customers, discuss optional products, document all account details, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Reliable attendance and solid call-center experience are valued, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new

• Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism are required.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
• One to two years of call center experience preferred.
