TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support customers from home. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, product and service recommendations, and maintaining accurate account records.

Training starts Monday, November 9, 2026, with 27 training days, followed by hours 7am–7pm EST. Compensation is $15.00/hour with potential bonuses for KPI performance; prior call center experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to organize and prioritize.
• Professional communication and dependable attendance required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls.
• Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting KPIs.
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented in the client system.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations pertaining to duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product offerings with customers on qualified calls.
• Use strong communication skills to meet client and customer goals.
