OneTouch Direct is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries about our products and services. You will work from home and must reside in the San Antonio region to be considered.

Respond to customers via phone, email, or chat and assist with troubleshooting, orders, amendments, and returns. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently with a reliable
