Job summary

MCI is seeking a motivated Full-Time Customer Service Representative working remotely to provide exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. You will help customers, resolve questions, and maintain accurate records while upholding quality and empathy in every interaction.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior CX experience is helpful but not required.
