Job summary

Safelite in the United States is seeking qualified candidates for a fully remote customer support role. You will answer inbound calls from customers, insurers, and auto glass shops using scripted prompts, and enter claim data during calls.

This position requires a dedicated home office, reliable internet, and the ability to follow scripts with empathy. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a highly structured, performance-based environment.
• Proficient with computer and telephone systems in a remote setting.
• Ability to follow scripts and build rapport with customers.
• 16+ years old with a high school diploma or active enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, or shops using scripted prompts.
• Enter claim data into production systems during live calls.
• Guide customers through filing a glass claim with empathy and rapport.
• Verify insurance coverage and deductible amounts communicated to customers.
• Schedule repairs or recalibration services at Safelite locations or partner shops.
• Utilize systems to enhance the overall customer experience and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
