Qualifications

• Work in a highly structured, confidentiality-minded environment.
• Comfort operating computer and phone systems remotely.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, stores and peers.
• Read and use scripted prompts clearly and timely.
• Demonstrates empathy and integrity in all interactions.
• Positive, helpful attitude towards customers.
• Previous contact center or customer service experience.
• 16+ years of age; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls using scripted prompts.
• Enter claim data into production systems during calls.
• Guide customers through filing glass claims with rapport.
• Verify insurance coverage and deductibles with customers.
• Schedule repair or recalibration services per customer preference.
• Utilize provided tools to enhance customer experience.
• Resolve complaints with accurate product and service information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
