Job summary

GCG's Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) is seeking Customer Support Representatives to support OEM and Industrial customers and Account Managers. You will manage day-to-day customer orders, coordinate with internal teams on production and delivery, and resolve issues to deliver an exceptional experience.

The role requires 3+ years in customer support or sales support, proficiency with ERP and Excel, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Support.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications; experience with ERP systems.
• Experience handling high volumes of online orders and RMAs.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and related documentation.
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status and delivery updates.
• Coordinate order changes, including expedites, pushouts, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs through resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Support contract amendments and special projects.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
