Job summary

3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients maximize the value of our regulatory intelligence and AI solutions.

You will partner with two Account Managers, guide customers through product education, drive adoption, and coordinate across Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to ensure successful renewals and growth. This fully remote role supports Eastern and Central time zones with 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in SaaS.
• Strong relationship-building skills and empathetic engagement.
• Experience helping customers learn software and achieve outcomes.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Coordinate meetings, manage priorities, and follow through.
• Collaborate across teams to support customers.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn multiple products.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that last with customer stakeholders.
• Guide customers through product capabilities and training.
• Lead proactive outreach to increase adoption and engagement.
