Job summary

3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients maximize value from our AI and regulatory solutions. You will work with two Account Managers to guide customers through complex features and ensure adoption across the portfolio.

You’ll build trusted relationships, deliver training, and coordinate with Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to address needs, mitigate risks, and drive renewal success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client services within SaaS/tech.
• Experience teaching software and onboarding customers into new features.
• Strong relationship-building and empathy with diverse stakeholders.
• Clear, actionable communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customer stakeholders and drive ongoing value from 3E solutions.
• Lead product education and training to enable adoption of features and workflows.
• Develop and execute customer success plans to improve engagement and usage.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to support retention and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor usage and feedback to identify risks and coordinate proactive resolutions.
