3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients fully leverage our evolving portfolio of solutions.

You’ll partner with two Account Managers to guide customers through complex features, deliver product education, and drive adoption and renewal readiness across Eastern and Central time zones, with potential hybrid options and up to 20% travel.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS or tech.
• Strong relationship-building and empathetic engagement with stakeholders.
• Experience teaching software and helping users adopt capabilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships that last with customer stakeholders and help them realize ongoing value from 3E solutions.
• Guide customers through product capabilities, deliver training, and help them adopt new features and workflows.
• Create and execute customer success plans, lead proactive outreach, and increase product usage and engagement.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships and support renewal and growth.
• Monitor engagement, product usage, and feedback to identify risks and coordinate solutions.
• Work across Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product to connect customers with needed expertise.
• Share insights and emerging needs with internal teams to improve products and processes.
• Build knowledge of 3E's portfolio (Protect and Insight) to help customers discover capabilities.
