Qualifications
- 2–4+ years in customer success, account management, sales or strategic consulting (Enterprise SaaS preferred).
- Strong prioritization and high emotional intelligence are required.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder communication with executives, product, support and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Be on the front lines to increase customer safety, efficiency and sustainability using our IoT platform.
- Draft joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics and timelines.
- Lead executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and Samsara leadership.
- Conduct workshops with customers to understand operations and recommend workflow improvements.
