Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee multiple client accounts, ensure satisfaction, maintain product knowledge, and coordinate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role mostly serves US-facing clients and aligns with Mountain or Central time. It is a remote position based in the United States, offering a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, DOE; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager is desirable.
• Experience in Project Management and Change Management
• Leadership and Team Building Skills
• Background experience in Behavioral Healthcare or in Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Innovative
• Critical thinking, problem solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Willingness to work alternate schedules, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts: Understand customer needs and priorities.
• Manage projects to ensure deliverables are met.
• Regular meetings to stay up to date with customer needs.
• Provide product and industry consultation
• Facilitate timely access to resources needed
• Facilitate sales of added functionality and modules to increase the customer’s efficiency.
• Frequent communication and meetings with other team members including product managers, developers, testers and other internal staff.
• Maintain customer retention
• Customer Satisfaction Rating of 85% or greater
