Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Prior Customer Success Manager experience desirable.
• Experience in Project Management and Change Leadership is a plus.
• Background in Behavioral Healthcare or Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Willingness to work alternate schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts and understand customer needs.
• Coordinate projects to ensure deliverables are met.
• Hold regular meetings to align with customer needs.
• Provide product and industry consultation.
• Support cross-team collaboration with product, developers, testers and others.
• Maintain customer retention and satisfaction levels (85%+).
