EverDriven, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive growth and serve school districts as a trusted advisor. You will nurture relationships, understand client needs, and identify upsell opportunities across the lifecycle while demonstrating EverDriven’s value and ensuring clients maximize the partnership.

This remote role requires Florida residency, a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in business development or customer success, and up to 50% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or customer success role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Position will be remote/WFH and requires up to 50% travel

Responsabilidades

• Owns account relationships, strategy, pricing – including managing contract renewals and RFPs
• Understands retention and service risks and works to drive risk mitigation plans
• Utilizes product/service knowledge and problem-solving to enhance customer engagements while generating revenue
• Works cross-functionally with internal teams to access resources and fulfill customer needs
• Delivers customer feedback to internal teams and identifies customer needs and opportunities
• Advocates for solutions and product enhancements to meet customer needs and growth goals
