Job summary

EverDriven is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture and grow relationships with school districts from a remote role within Virginia. You will drive revenue through upsell opportunities, manage renewals and RFPs, and act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in business development or customer success, excellent communication, and a track record of solving problems and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in business development or customer success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Owns account relationships, strategy, pricing, and renewals/RFPs.
• Proactively engages with district stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Delivers tailored solutions and drives revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to access resources and support customers.
