Job summary

EverDriven, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive growth and support school districts as a trusted advisor. You will nurture relationships, uncover upsell opportunities, and educate clients on EverDriven’s value throughout the partnership.

You will focus on revenue generation while ensuring customer success, with a remote role requiring residency in Florida and up to 50% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business development or customer success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Implements strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
• Owns account relationships, strategy, pricing – including managing contract renewals and RFPs.
• Proactively engages with decisions makers and school district personnel at all levels.
• Identifies retention risks and drives mitigation plans where applicable.
• Uses product knowledge to enhance engagements and generate revenue.
• Conducts regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Coordinates with internal teams to secure resources for solutions.
• Delivers customer feedback to internal teams and advocates for improvements.
