Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of customer accounts and drive measurable value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This role carries revenue accountability for renewals and GRR targets.

The CSM will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience while living in one of the eligible states.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or account management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder executive relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and renewal forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage an portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Drive product adoption and value realization through onboarding and education.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, and Finance to ensure success.
• Monitor health, usage, and satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare renewal forecasts and collaborate on account growth opportunities with Sales.
