Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This role is 100% remote for residents of listed states and requires 3+ years in SaaS customer success, renewals, and strong relationship skills.

The CSM will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience and achieve

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with responsibility for retention and renewals.
• Proven track record meeting retention or revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscriptions, data solutions, or software products.
• Strong understanding of renewal processes and lifecycle management.
• Ability to identify churn risks and implement retention plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely with multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop account strategies focused on retention and long-term value.
• Lead renewal planning and execution.
• Meet GRR targets and identify renewal opportunities.
• Identify at-risk accounts and apply documented retention strategies.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and address revenue risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
• Demonstrate value and align Hubexo solutions with customer objectives.
