Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive value, and own renewals in a 100% remote role.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure customer adoption, renewal execution, and GRR targets are met, while delivering measurable value and strategic account plans across a SaaS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based services, or software products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution.
• Proactively manage renewal forecasts and address renewal risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience.
