Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts, drive value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention. You will own renewal planning, collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations, and aim to achieve GRR targets while expanding customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention and renewals.
• Proven track record of meeting renewal and revenue targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription services or data solutions.
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Develop proactive account strategies focused on retention and long-term value.
• Own renewal planning, engagement, and execution.
• Meet GRR targets and address at-risk accounts.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and diagnose revenue risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
• Document customer communications and track renewal activities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Demonstrate measurable value to customers.
