Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. You will own renewals, manage GRR targets, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, meaningful executive-facing reviews, and leveraging HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records and renewal

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B roles.
• Experience managing a portfolio with renewals and renewals ownership.
• Proven track record in retention, renewal, and revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in SaaS or subscription-based services and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio through the customer lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Onboard, adopt, and drive product usage aligned to business goals.
• Monitor health, usage, and satisfaction to surface improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to resolve issues.
• Perform quarterly business reviews and advocate for customer needs.
