Job summary

This remote position requires residency in Florida and offers a salary range with bonus potential. Travel up to 33% may be required as you engage with district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development or customer success role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implements strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
• Owns account relationships, strategy, pricing - including managing contract renewals and RFPs.
• Proactively engages and builds relationships with decision makers across school district personnel.
• Identifies retention risks and collaborates on risk mitigation plans.
• Uses product knowledge and problem-solving to enhance customer engagements and revenue.
• Conducts regular check-ins and business reviews to align solutions with client goals.
• Coordinates with internal teams to access resources and support customer needs.
• Gathers and communicates customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
• Advocates for solutions and product enhancements to foster growth.
