Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role such as CS, account mgmt, or client services.
• Clear written and spoken English with ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and client-first mindset.
• Interest in process improvement and documentation.
• Familiarity with Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Ownership mentality: organized, responsive, and multi-client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls and walk clients through CAS processes.
• Coordinate setup between clients, placement team, and new team members.
• Flag early risks and elevate them to ensure client success.
• Run regular reviews, trainings, and Q&A sessions over video calls.
• Create simple guides and templates to increase client value.
