Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a remote position based in the United States. You will manage multiple customer accounts, ensure satisfaction, and coordinate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role aligns with Mountain or Central time zones to support customers in those time zones. A Bachelor's degree is required, with experience in customer success, project management, change management, and healthcare/EMR knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience as a Customer Success Manager is desirable.
• Experience in Project Management and Change Management.
• Background experience in Behavioral Healthcare or in Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Innovative and proactive problem solver.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Willingness to work alternate schedules, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and product areas to advocate for customers.
• Coordinate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead regular meetings to stay aligned with customer needs.
• Provide product and industry consultation and facilitate access to resources as needed.
• Support sales of added functionality and modules to increase customer efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers and staff to retain customers.
