Job summary

3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients maximize our evolving portfolio of solutions.

You will work closely with two Account Managers, delivering product education and consultative problem-solving, guiding customers through complex solutions, and highlighting valuable features to drive adoption and outcomes. This is a fully remote role across ET/CT zones with 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.
• Experience in SaaS or technology services.
• Strong relationship-building and empathetic communication.
• Experience helping customers learn software and adopt capabilities.
• Familiar with renewals, retention metrics, and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships.
• Provide product education and consultative problem-solving.
• Partner with two Account Managers to guide customers through complex solutions.
