EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to help customers onboard and optimize their use of our environmental, health and safety software. You will guide users through onboarding, resolve issues, handle support tickets, and demonstrate new features.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, independence in learning the software and domain knowledge, and collaboration with the team. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and fully remote work is supported.

Competenze

• Onboarding customers and guiding them through setup and value realization.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success or a related tech field.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Mansioni

• Manage onboarding of new customers to minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across different levels of service.
• Provide customers with optimal solutions and demonstrate new features.
• Follow processes and policies to ensure satisfaction and alignment with goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand usage of modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers about new features and functionality that benefit them.
• Work independently to learn the software and domain knowledge.
• Demonstrate learning and apply environmental, health, and safety domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to improve onboarding and related processes.
