EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard customers and ensure successful adoption of our cloud-based EHS software. You will engage with customers, resolve issues, and guide them through the onboarding journey to maximize value.

The role emphasizes customer-centric problem solving, collaboration, and continuous learning in a fully remote environment with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety knowledge is a plus.
• Customer-centric, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication, including active listening.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

• Onboard new customers and lead them to value, resolving issues during onboarding.
• Respond to support tickets and provide best solutions, clarifying ambiguities.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with company goals.
