EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to drive onboarding and ongoing support for customers using our EHS software. You will advocate for customers and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes with strong communication and collaborative work, while growing domain expertise in environmental, health and safety.

You will operate in a fully remote, distributed team environment, participate in continuous improvement, and help customers realize value quickly

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge is a plus.
• Customer-centric, focused on continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication including active listening.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding of new customers and lead them through onboarding to minimize time to value.
• Respond to support tickets with various levels, offering optimal solutions and clarifying ambiguities.
• Follow processes to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality that benefit them.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently.
• Demonstrate learning of software and EHS domain knowledge.
• Participate actively with the team and identify process improvements.
• Solve increasingly complex customer problems using scalable methods.
