Job summary

EHS Insight, part of StarTex Software, is hiring a Customer Success Associate for a fully remote role in the United States. You will own customer onboarding, drive value, and support customers through their journey with our SaaS EHS software.

We value a customer-centric mindset, 1–3 years in tech CS, and knowledge of EHS practices. Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, continuous-improvement approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety knowledge is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of new customers, minimizing time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across levels.
• Propose the best options to solve customer problems.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities for additional modules and demo them.
• Inform customers of new features and benefits.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently.
• Demonstrate learning of software and EHS domain knowledge.
• Show excellence by collaborating with the team and improving onboarding processes.
