Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is a remote-first SaaS company delivering environmental, health, and safety software solutions. The Customer Success Implementation Specialist role focuses on onboarding and ongoing support, configuring the platform to customer needs using custom fields, formulas, and reports.

The role emphasizes learning the EHS Insight configuration language (JavaScript/XML/SQL), APIs, and working across multiple customers with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, XML/JSON and JavaScript.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and work toward improving our platform.
• Gather customer business requirements, determine the best solution, and implement it in EHS Insight.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the client’s project team and configure EHS Insight to their needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for personal initiative.
• Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing solution, FreshDesk.
• Conduct demos and meetings regarding integration planning and configuration.
