Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensuring reliable service delivery and compliant operations. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with third-party operations.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to craft tailored customer solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent PMO updates and manage risks and readiness metrics.
