Job summary

The Bayer Pharmaceuticals division in the US seeks an Operations Lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensuring accurate processing, billing, and cash collection while maintaining quality and compliance.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and support NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, serialization, pricing, and government programs to ensure reliable supply and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature‑sensitive or partner‑managed supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and master data concepts.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support.
• Lead process improvements, contract controls, and readiness activities across IT and business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

Education

Master’s degree in Business / Supply Chain / Healthcare / Information Systems or related field

Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience
