Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader in the US Pharmaceuticals division to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensure compliant service delivery, and drive readiness for NDC-12 across master data, SAP, pricing and government programs.

You will coordinate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, lead risk and readiness reporting, and partner with account managers, sales and finance to deliver reliable supply, accurate billing, and high

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/customer operations, supply chain and systems integration.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, serialization, data master concepts and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing and cash collection.
• Maintain third-party operations oversight and act as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Lead risk, dependencies and readiness metrics for PMO updates.
