Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced supply chain operations professional in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

You will coordinate data, systems, traceability programs, and collaborate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to drive improvements and readiness for NDC-12 across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field; 5+ years in pharma/supply chain.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and 3PL/regulated env.
• Strong SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, and serialization knowledge.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into actions.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, processing, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to tailor solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and report readiness to PMO and leadership.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions and evolving external expectations on NDC-12.
