Bayer US seeks a Supply Chain Operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes and ensure quality and compliance.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, work with data, systems, traceability, and customer programs, and collaborate with IT, Finance, commercial teams to deliver compliant, efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharma or healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with serialized or partner-managed supply models.
• Strong SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API knowledge.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Coordinate compliance, process improvements, and audits.
• Collaborate across IT, Finance, Commercial to align requirements.
• Lead readiness, dependencies, risk, and PMO reporting.
• Engage with industry discussions to stay aligned with external expectations.
