Qualifications

• Understanding of the telecommunications industry and service-provider environments.
• Experience in network engineering, solution architecture, sales engineering, or a similar B2B SaaS role.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including access, transport, core, CPE, and OSS/BSS layers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions covering customer network environments, systems, and operational workflows.
• Document network topologies, business processes, integrations, dependencies, and design assumptions.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored platform solutions.
• Partner with Sales Engineers and Account Executives on technical discovery and prospect qualification.
• Build and implement workflows using the platform’s workflow builder.
• Provide technical guidance during customer onboarding, implementation, and go-live.
• Develop repeatable processes for scoping, solution alignment, and implementation.
• Work with Product and Engineering to communicate customer needs and improve solutions.
• Define requirements for software engineers developing network provisioning automations.
