Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales and deployment for CCaaS, CRM, and AI-enabled platforms. This fully remote role requires deep enterprise experience and the ability to design integrations, run live demos, and drive go-live success across customer deployments.

You will partner with customers and engineering to translate business needs into technical architecture, maintain security reviews, and craft repeatable playbooks to scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solutions architecture and sales engineering in CCaaS or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to design integrations on a whiteboard and participate in CTO conversations with senior engineers.
• Knows CCaaS/ CTI, SIP / RTP, and CRM landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of the modern AI stack (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, agents).
• Experience taking enterprise customers live and handling the messy middle of go-lives.
• Hands-on enough to configure a tenant and debug a customer integration in real time.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales and deployment architecture for customer deployments.
• Tenant configuration and plugin enablement design.
• Customer integration scoping (CCaaS / CRM / SIP) live demos that win.
• The customer’s voice back into Product and Engineering.
• The committed go-live timelines.
