Job summary

Hamilton Barnes ? seeks a solutions architect to lead customer discovery across network infrastructure, systems and operational processes. You will document architecture, integration points, dependencies and constraints to shape practical designs and onboarding plans.

From scoping to go-live, you will guide technical implementation and coordinate provisioning automation with engineering, translating customer requirements into actionable designs for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical solutions within telecom or B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong telecom knowledge across customer premises equipment, access, transport, core networks and OSS/BSS systems.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, supported by industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery across network infrastructure, systems and operational processes.
• Document network architecture, integration points, dependencies and technical constraints.
• Translate customer requirements into practical solution designs and integration plans.
