Midcontinent seeks a Sales Engineer to serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, partnering with Sales, clients, and internal technical teams to develop and recommend telecommunications solutions that meet business requirements.

This role covers requirements discovery, solution consulting, network design collaboration, proposal support, technical presentations, and ongoing sales support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with IP networks and optical transport services.
• Ability to discover and document business and technical requirements.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the technical SME for clients and Sales teams on Midco products and network capabilities.
• Document client requirements and design solutions meeting Midco standards.
• Support discovery, solution development, and proposals throughout the sales cycle.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop accurate, scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and design for complex opportunities and mentor junior engineers.
