Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture within telecommunications.
• Experience with carrier-grade messaging, voice, signaling.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, commercially viable designs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Design carrier-grade solutions across messaging, voice, identity, and fraud domains.
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and customer-facing presentations.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical docs.
• Bridge customer teams with internal engineering to accelerate delivery.
