TransUnion seeks a Senior - Solution Architect (Telecom-Global) to lead design of messaging, voice, identity, and fraud-detection solutions for telecom carriers and enterprise customers. You will partner with product, engineering, sales to translate complex needs into scalable architectures and drive adoption across global markets.

Qualifications

10+ years in solution architecture within telecommunications.
Experience with carrier-grade messaging, voice, signaling.
Translate customer needs into scalable, commercially viable designs.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Design carrier-grade solutions across messaging, voice, identity, and fraud domains.
Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and customer-facing presentations.
Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical docs.
Bridge customer teams with internal engineering to accelerate delivery.
