Granite Telecommunications is seeking a Solution Architect to lead consultative discovery, translating client goals into effective technology and services solutions. You will analyze requirements, present solutions, and drive the business case and financial justifications.

Qualified candidates will have deep experience in communications and/or network industries in a sales-oriented, technical design role, with emphasis on IoT, Smart Office, managed services, and mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in a customer/client facing technical role (Pre/Post Sales, Sales Engineering, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Service Delivery, etc.).
• Experience in IT/Managed Services solutions with end-to-end delivery accountability.
• Ability to present both technical and non-technical information to broad audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Current and valid industry certifications (e.g., BICSI - Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical design and architectural expert across Granite solutions portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships in assigned accounts to identify and cultivate opportunities.
• Develop solutions/strategies using technology to resolve customer issues and achieve business goals.
• Serve as a deal architect for multi-technology solutions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to build the customer solution.
• Deliver technical presentations tailored to the audience.
