Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required, three years in a production setting, healthcare preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Assign and prioritize work; coach and guide team through daily activities.
• Monitor performance to meet production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead training, hiring, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate to remove barriers.
• Support compliance and process-improvement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements and participate in project teams.
