Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support inbound calls from home. You will solve problems, de-escalate issues, and promote products while handling a high-paced call volume.

The role is remote with a required weekend shift and one weekday off, based in Georgia or an approved QVC state. You’ll join a team across the QVC Group brands with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12 months or more of customer service experience.
• Learn and work in a virtual environment.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of styles.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products on each interaction.
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience.
• Process refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a set schedule.
• Work weekends and holidays as required.
