Job summary

QVC Group is a Fortune 500 live social shopping company seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to support HSN customers from home. You will resolve issues, answer inbound inquiries, and promote products while delivering a personalized experience.

Qualifications

12 months or more of customer service experience.
Learn and work in a virtual environment.
Provide your own Windows 11 computer and ensure connectivity as per company requirements.
Able to communicate with a variety of styles and navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Handle a busy day of inbound customer inquiries with high call volume.
Offer additional products on each customer interaction to drive sales.
Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
Process refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data.
Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a full-time weekend-inclusive schedule.
