Job summary

Account Control Technology has an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role is a work-from-home position supporting customers from the United States, with training starting on 11/16/2026. Compensation is $16.50 per hour, with standard training hours and after-training incentives.

During training you will follow a set schedule and then move to regular hours, typically 7am-8pm EST. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement plans, plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have prior call center experience.
• Typing speed of 35–40 WPM.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding billing, disconnect/reconnect, payments.
• Process trouble and outage orders.
• Move In/Out Service and assist with My Account (Online Accounts).
• Provide support during training and adapt to evolving procedures.
