TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Rep to handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers with a high level of courtesy and professionalism. The role is fully remote from anywhere in the US and runs on a 3-month contract with potential conversion for top performers.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am–8pm EST, with training from 9:00am–5:30pm EST. Start date is December 7, 2026, and pay is $16.50 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office.
• Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, input data, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Most calls are to/from members eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through Medicare plans.
