Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a busy winter season. This fully remote contract role handles billing, payments, deliveries, and emergency service inquiries from customers nationwide, with shifts covering early morning to evening Pacific time.

You will manage 50+ inbound calls daily, document interactions, and use CX1/NICE and Cargas systems. Remote work requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently;

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50+ inbound calls daily.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, deliveries, and emergency requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Utilize CX1/NICE and Cargas systems.
• Support increased call volumes during peak season (December-February).
