Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Rep to handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers, input data, and deliver high-quality customer service. This 3-month contract role offers remote work from anywhere in the US and requires flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm EST.

Training runs 9:00am–5:30pm EST for two weeks. Start date is December 7, with potential for permanent placement for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly to different audiences.
• PC skills with Windows and MS Office.
• Empathetic and able to understand customer needs.
• Strong troubleshooting and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from members and providers.
• Input data and maintain high levels of courtesy and professionalism.
• Support members in Medicare Silver Sneakers program calls.
