TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Rep to handle inbound and outbound calls for members and providers, ensuring courteous, professional service. The role supports Medicare Silver Sneakers programs and requires strong communication in a fast-paced call center environment.

This 3‑month contract is fully remote from anywhere in the US, with training from 9:00am–5:30pm EST and a pay rate of $16.50/hr. Start date is December 7, and top performers may transition to permanent positions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
• PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office
• Empathize and understand the needs of the customer
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines

Aufgaben

• Handling inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
• A majority of the calls are to/from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.
