TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Rep. This contract role offers a 3-month term with potential for permanent placement for top performers. Training runs 9:00am–5:30pm EST for two weeks, with operation Mon-Fri between 8am–8pm EST.

Start date December 7th. Remote from anywhere in the U.S.; location specified as Las Vegas, NV for contract purposes. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and delivering courteous, professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, input data, and provide high level customer service.
• Most calls are with members eligible for the Silver Sneakers program through Medicare plans.
